Voting No: None.

Councilmember Cox indicated that Mr. Ben Deemer's bid should be considered out
of perspective as far as the sound system is concerned, because the City is
reluctant to dealing with persons connected ,with the City and this policy
could avoid friction at some time in the future.

Mr. Benjamin Deemer stated that he was only doing some leg work for the City
by finding out what was available at Radio Shack and that he would make no
personal gain if the bid were awarded to Radio Shack. He stated that he was
only trying to see that the City got a quality system at a reasonable price.

Mayor Gamec stated that sometimes the cheapest way is not the best way to go.
We should probably purchase a sound system from a company that will install
the equipment and service the equipment.

Case #3: ~r.
