Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Cox, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting No' None. <br /> <br />c) Police Labor Contract - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to authorize <br />Labor Relations to review the language contained in the Police Labor Contract <br />wiLh the City Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request For Rezoning Of Lot 4, Block 3, Riverside West; Case Of <br />Mr. A1 Bullick: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt the Findings of Fact as presented in regards to the request from <br />Mr. A1 Bullick to rezone Lot 4, Block 3, Riverside West in the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes- Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to disapprove of Mr. A1 Bullick's request to rezone Lot 4, Block 3, <br />Riverside West from R-1 to B-1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No' None. <br /> <br />Case #2' Minnesota Utilities' Request For Another Building: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve of Minnesota Utilities' request for an additional 40 x 60 <br />metal building as per their site and design plan. Further, that they <br />enter into an agreement with the City in regards to the site and design <br />plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3- Oakridge Estates Correction of Plat: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to authorize the City Administrator to sign the document "Land Surveyors' <br />Certificate of Correction to Plat" to correct the above document by Eagan, <br />Fields and Novak, Inc.
