Councilmember Cox <br />stated that in certain areas, although the bouldvard is right- <br />of-way, the snowmobilers are abusing their rights. Mayor <br />Gamec replied that he doesn't want to eliminate freedom to <br />snowmobile, but that respect for public and private property <br />shouId be enforced. <br /> <br />City Engineer Council noted. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case tt1' Awarding Of Plaque To Mr. Darrell Jensen: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Mr. Jensen could not be present at this <br />meeting and that he would visit Mr. Jensen at his office and <br />present him with a plaque in appreciation of his service on the <br />Economic Development Commission, Park Commission and several <br />other areas in which he has been involved with the City. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br />Case #2' Correction Of Council Minutes Dated September 28, 1982 <br /> <br />Regarding 1983 MSA Projects: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded-'b~ Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #82~135 to prepare a feasibility study and <br />order plans and specifications.
