Jacob, attorney, and Reverend Olsen were present. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt the findings of fact as presented by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission regarding Cross of Hope Lutheran Church's <br />request for a conditional use permit to locate in an R-1 zoned <br />area, <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox to approve of granting a conditional use permit to Cross of <br />Hope Lutheran Church to construct a church in an Rql zoned area <br />located on 179th Avenue NW just east of St. Francis Blvd. NW. <br />Further, that upon making application for a building permit, <br />the City will require at that time Cross of Hope Lutheran Church <br />entering into a development agreement which would require that <br />Council review the plans and the agreement and authorize the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Engineering Items (A. Partial Pay Estimates For <br /> <br />Projects #82~1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9; B. Ex- <br />tension Of Time On Ail 1982 Projects; C. Extension <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />of 167th Avenue West Of County Road #5; <br /> <br />Costs For Survey Of City Property; <br />NW.Discussion): <br /> <br />D. Estimated <br /> <br />Magnesium Street <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Council- <br />member Reimann to adopt Resolution #82-159 authorizing partial <br />payment of Construction Projects #82-1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6, 7, 8 <br />and 9. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82- <br />1~9) . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No:. None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Council- <br />member Cox to approve of granting an extention of time to <br />the following constractors regarding the completing of the <br />1982 projects: <br /> <br />Buffalo Bituminous Due to the weather conditions, the <br />contractor lost 20 days of working time.
