TIREVOLD: <br /> <br />Mrs. Lyle Tirevold of 7321 - 152nd Avenue NW is requesting a home occupation <br />permit to operate a beauty shop in her home. Several such applications have had <br />approval in the past, contingent upon the applicant's entering into an agree- <br />ment with the Cit~ and to date we have not experienced any problems with any <br />of them. <br /> <br />The following information is included as enclosure (D2-a) for your considera- <br />tion in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Applicant's letter of request <br />c) Proposed beauty shop layout <br />d) Public hearing notice and affidavit of publication <br />e) List of property owners notified <br />f) Area location map <br />g) Proposed findings of fact <br />h) Proposed home occupation agreement <br />i) Letter to Mrs. Tirevold <br /> <br />Your action will be to recommend approval/disapproval/amendment of the findings <br />of fact as well as recommend approval/disapproval/amendment of .the proposed <br />home occupation permit agreement. <br /> <br />GROUP W CABLE OF QUAD CITIES, INC.'S REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: <br /> <br />Mr. James W. Commers, Jr. of Group W Cable, Inc. is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to construct a 75 ft. microwave tower and a 15 x 20 accessory <br />building on Outlot A of Rolling Green Addition. ~ile it has not been the <br />City's policy to allow residential construction on outlots, we feel that <br />what is proposed is a good use of the property and should in no way be <br />detrimental to any of the adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D2-b) for your consideration <br />in this matter: <br /> <br /> <br />
