I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />TO: Planning and Zoning Commissionmembers <br /> <br />FROM: City Staff <br /> <br />RE: Planning Commission Business <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-a) Reduced copy of plat map on Oakridge Estates showing lots <br /> to be subdivided <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE PLATTED LOTS; CASE OF S-H ENTERPRISES: <br /> <br />Mr. Joe Sentryz of S-H Enterprises, Incorporated has requested <br />consideration be given to the possibility of subdividing 18 <br />of the 49 two and one-half acre plus lots which are located in <br />Oakridge Estates. The lots he would like to subdivide are those <br />which are basically void of trees. The present zoning in this <br />area would require lots to be a minimum of ten acres. Enclosure <br />(D2-a) is a reduced copy of the plat showing the lots for which <br />Mr. Sentryz is requesting subdivision. They are marked with an <br />X. <br /> <br />Your action in this matter will be to recommend approval/dis- <br />approval of this request to the City Council keeping in mind <br />that a recommendation of approval could affect numerous other <br />properties of similar size and would be in direct conflict with <br />your Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING; CASE OF GROUP W CABLE: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Commers, of Group W Cable has requested your consideration <br />of conducting a special meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 1983 at <br />7:30 P.M. The purpose of this meeting would be to conduct a public <br />bearing for a conditional use permit to allow for placement of <br />their micro-wave tower and appurtanent structures on an alternate <br />site. <br /> <br />This could then be brought before the City Council for their review <br />at their regular meeting of February 22, 1983. They have indicated <br />that they will pay all the related fees. <br /> <br /> <br />
