I <br />I <br /> <br />Case #1: Utility Assessment Ordinance Adoption: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter noted that Council had received copies of amendments <br />to the proposed Utility Assessment Ordinance during recess and suggested <br />that Council place adoption of said ordinance on the next regular Council <br />agenda in order that Council might have a chance to review the amendments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />table adoption of Utility Assessment Ordinance until the next Regular Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Schlueter, Reimann, <br />Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.· <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg requests that Council make special note of Item #19 on the <br />amendments to Utility Assessment Ordinance. <br /> <br />Case #2: Veronica Walters, Waltek, Inc.~ Request For Building. Permit: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner tO <br />approve issuing a building permit to Waltek, Inc., for a 30' x 80' metal <br />storage building, contingent upon the fact that Waltek, Inc. comply with <br />City building code. ·' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Gamec requested all necessary permits be applied <br />for prior to proceeding with construction. <br /> <br />M~tion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec introduced reporter Carolyn Thompson .... <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Ramsey's Landfill StudY Report will be presented to <br />the County on February 22, 1983. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that a legislator'will be at McGregor's on Friday mornings <br />from 7:30-8:30 A.M. Mr. Ernie Larson and Mr. Greg Dahl will alternate these <br />Friday morning discussions. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle noted that the EDC will be meeting Wednesday, February 9, 1983 <br />at the Ramsey Muncicipal Center at 7:30 A.M. and a video tape of proposed <br />legislation by the Independent Business Association will be shown. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
