I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />Tuesday, February 1, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Robert Isakson <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg, City Building Official <br /> <br />Members Absent: Ms. Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunn and seconded by Commissioner Isakson to approve <br />Regular Commission Meeting Minutes dated January 4, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson,'Commissioners Dunn, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Isakson and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Schneider. <br /> <br />NOTE COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1. Special Council Meeting Minutes dated January 11, 1983. <br /> <br />2. Special Council Meeting Minutes dated January 24, 1983. <br /> <br />3. Regular Council Meeting Minutes dated january 25, 1983. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson noted that comments made by himself and Commissioner <br />Schneider, as recorded in the Special Council Meeting Minutes of January 24, <br />1983, do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission as a whole. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request To Subdivide Platted Lots; Case Of S-H Enterprises: <br /> <br />Mr. Clayton Berg stated that Mr. Joe Sentryz could not be present at the <br />meeting, but is requesting consideration be given to the possibility of <br />subdividing 18 of the 49 two and one-half acre plus lots which are located <br />in Oakridge Estates. <br /> <br />P & Z/February 1, 1983 <br />Page i of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
