Disparity: <br /> <br />Council consensus is to continue with previous action taken by Council <br />regarding fiscal disparity. <br /> <br />Case #7: Increase In Building Permit Fees: <br /> <br />Council tabled this case until the special Council Meeting scheduled for <br />April 5, 1983. <br /> <br />Case #8: Elk River Fire Contract: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter <br />authorizing the City of Ramsey to enter into renewing the fire contract with <br />the City of Elk River for 1983 and authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator <br />to sign said contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
