(A) OF THE <br />CITY CODE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 74-8 PASSED ON THE llth DAY OF <br />DECEMBER, 1974. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />170.014L RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE SIZES <br /> <br />SUBD. 1 ONE FAMILY STRUCTURES <br /> <br />One-family structures shall have at least three (.3) livable <br />rooms and the overall dimensions shall contain the following <br />minimum areas: <br /> <br />Rambler without garage <br /> <br />960 square feet <br /> <br />Split level without garage <br /> <br />912 square feet on <br />the combined main <br />living floors <br /> <br />Full two story with or without <br />garage, exclusive of lofts, <br />balconies and any other similar <br />construction on which is not a <br />full story <br /> <br />720~square feet <br /> <br />Rambler with a 440 square foot <br />garage <br /> <br />768 square feet <br /> <br />Split level with a 440 square <br />foot garage <br /> <br />768 square feet <br /> <br />SUBD. 2 TWO FAMILY STRUCTURES <br /> <br />Two-family siructures shall have at least three (_3) livable <br />rooms per family and the overall dimensions shall contain an <br />area of not less than seven hundred fifty (750) square feet <br />on the first floor per family, including foyer and exclusive <br />of garage. <br /> <br /> <br />
