P!~ELP$: Thais is the ~arty that requested a 1300' easement to his property on Trott Brook. Council rescinded their previous motion to deny and agreed to the request with covenants on the deed. The reason given that night was because the City had alresdy allowed this in another case. SCHIND~DECKER: This party bought property w~th in~ent to subdivide the 5 acre parcel that already had one house on it, but now the 10 acre requirement prevents it. Council voted to stick to the ordinance and deny it. SE?TYPZ : Pequest to subdivide his development into smaller lots ~'as tabled by Council before due to the Mayor's request of s co~uter study. At this meetin~ ~he Mayor said he was sorry that so~:~etin~ couldn't be worked out~ but the computer fi.~ures indicated thst there would be nothing gained by smaller lots. R~quest was denied. However no one volunteered, and %he Mayor apoligiz, ed because he did have~ any way to correct the situation. There wasn't any d.j~scussion , just everyone shskin~ their heads. Keeping in mind~ theft this wos after r~idnight a~ the Council had had quite an evening~ we ,.,ill have to mske the request ~gain, but maybe with a suggested solution ourse~ yes. While ~Lten~ing l~he meeting I was able to look through the entire packet, an~ realized th~.t seversl things are brought to the Councils: attention t~het are referred %o [-ener~l!y in the minu%es.
