Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #17-01-027 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY TO <br /> SPLIT OUTLOT B WINDEMERE WOODS INTO TWO TRACTS TO BE COMBINED <br /> WITH ADJACENT EXISTING PARCELS <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Ramsey,has received an application for a Registered Land Survey <br /> for the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlot B, WINDEMERE WOODS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, Registered Land Survey would split the Subject Property into two tracts <br /> (Tract A and Tract B) and each tract would be combined with an adjacent, existing lot (Tract A <br /> with Lot 2, Block 3 Windemere Woods and Tract B with Lot 3, Block 3 Windemere Woods); and <br /> WHEREAS, neither Tract A nor Tract B is considered buildable as they are entirely <br /> encumbered with drainage and utility easement per the record plat of Windemere Woods; and <br /> WHEREAS, no net increase in developable parcels result from the proposed Registered <br /> Land Survey. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Registered Land Survey and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> 24th day of January, 2017. <br /> Mayor <br />
