NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 1983 at <br />-7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br /> Minnesota 55303 for the purpose of reviewing the proposed preliminary <br /> plat that is owned by Mr. Robert Wojcik. <br /> The legal description is as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 <br />of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the <br />intersection of the Easterly line of said Northeast <br />1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 with the Northeasterly Right- <br />of-Way line of U. S. Highway as monumented; thence.' <br />Northwesterly along said Northeasterly Right-of-Way~ <br />line of U. S. Highway No. 10 a distance of 386.98 <br />feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles to said <br />Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of U. S. Highway No. <br />10 to the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of Burling- <br />ton Northern, Inc.; thence Southeasterly along said <br />Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of said railroad to <br />said Easterly line of the Northeast 1/4 of the South- <br />west 1/4; thence Southerly along said Easterly line <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the request.
