'1 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONI.NG CO~qISSION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing by the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />May 3, 1983 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, regarding request for a conditional use permit; case of Mr. Thomas <br />Nedry. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Arthur Dunn <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Charles LaDue · <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Robert Isakson <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Nedry was present and stated that he is requesting a conditional use <br />permit to operate a locksmithing business at his residence. He stated that <br />90% of his business will consist of mobile work from his van and that he will <br />have a small shop in his home.
