APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve Public Hearing Meeting Minutes dated April 26, 1983 regarding issuance <br />of industrial revenue bond to Prestressed Concrete for improvements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve Public Hearing Meeting Minutes dated April 26, 1983 regarding on-sale <br />liquor license application; case of Mr. James Gilbertson (Side Door Lounge). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve Public Hearing meeting minutes dated April 26, 1983 regarding Board <br />of Adjustment variance request; case of Mr. Peter Nieder. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve Regular Council meeting minutes dated April 26, 1983 with the <br />following correction'on Page 29: <br /> <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Masor/Council Input.- Barthel's Rum River Acres, 2nd Addition: City <br /> Engineer Raatikka: <br /> <br />Prior to the motion made, insert the following: "City Enginner Raatikka <br />presented a letter to Council in regards to a request from Barthel to <br />release mortgages and City Engineer stated that due to problem with oil <br />content in bituminous he recommends holding release of all mortgages <br />until this matter is resolved, with the exception of Lot 3, Block 6." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter called for a motion to approve Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes dated April 26, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes regarding Mr. Peter Nieder's <br />variance request dated April 26, 1983. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter referred to Special Council Meeting Minutes dated <br />May 9, 1983, Page 5, Paragraph 19, and stated that she would like the minutes <br />to reflect that her 'no' vote was not to accept Mr. Dunn's resignation, that <br />she was not objecting to sending Mr. Dunn a letter of appreciation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that adding those comments to the minutes now <br />would be improper procedure. <br /> <br />C~May 31, 1983 <br /> age 6 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
