Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Adoption Of Resolution Orderin9 Sealcoatin9 Improvement Project <br /> #83-6 And Preparation Of Plans And Specifications: <br /> <br />· Gary Albrecht - Okapi St. - Inquired why Delaney was not being assessed, that <br /> he has 629 ft. of frontage in this proposed project area. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka replied that property owners are assessed according <br />to the street on which their property accesses and Delaney would then be <br />assessed in the Llama Street Improvements. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-101 ordering improvement, approving plans and <br />specifications, and authorizing the advertisement for bids for Sealcoating <br />Improvement Project #83-6 (Woodlawn Estates) and that said bid opening date <br />has been set for June 28, 1983 at 11:00 a.m. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #83-101). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
