Voting No: None. <br /> <br />.Case #13: ~doption of Resolution Ordering Sealcoatin~ Improvement Project <br /> #83-14 And Preparation Of Plans and Specifications: <br /> <br />Regarding the soft spot brought up during the public hearing, Mayor Gamec <br />stated that the City should be responsible for repairing it. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that City Engineer Raatikka should investigate <br />the area prior to commiting the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-109 Ordering Improvement, Approving Plans and Specifi- <br />cations and Authorizing the Advertisement for Bids for Sealcoating Improve- <br />ment Project #83-14 (Flintwood Hills) and that said bid opening date has <br />been set for June 28, 1983, at 11:00 A.M. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #83-109). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Adoption Of Resolution Ordering Street Improvement Project #83-15 <br /> And Preparation Of Plans And Specifications: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />delete Hematite Street from the north plat boundary of Beaudry's Second Addi- <br />tion from the Street Improvement Project #83-15. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van WAgner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-110 Approving Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Specifications for Street Improvement Project #83-15 (Beaudry's Second Addi- <br />tion).
