Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann'to <br />adopt Resolution #83-111b Deleting Sealcoating Improvement Project #83-3 <br />(Whispering Pines Plat #4). (Please refer to resoution file for Resolution <br />#83-111b). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that maybe the City should take a policy of not sealcoating <br />if it has been less than five (5) years. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that in the first few years, the streets lose <br />a lot of oil. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann suggested that sealcoating one year after blacktopping <br />should be included in blacktopping projects. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the special Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
