! <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />- 10 - <br /> <br />A description of the method to be provided for vehicular <br />and pedestrian access to the proposed development and <br />public access to the river and/or public river view <br />opportunities both before and after development; a <br />description of the development's impact on existing <br />views of and along the river. <br /> <br />~6) <br /> <br />A plan to provide an additional four feet of paved <br />roadway or future streets to be used as a river trail <br />route within the Critical Area District. <br /> <br />~7) <br /> <br />A description of all parking facilities to be provided <br />as part of the development of the site including an <br />analysis of parking needs generated by the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />~9) <br /> <br />A delineation of the area or areas to be dedicated for <br />public use. <br /> <br />A delineation of the location and amounts of excavated <br />soils to be stored on the site during construction. <br /> <br />20) <br /> <br />Any other information pertinent to the particular <br />project_which in the opinion of the inspector or <br />applicant is necessary or helpful for the review of the <br />project. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />It is recognized that not all types of development have the <br />same potential for causing harm to the environment; <br />therefore, three classifications of development are hereby <br />established: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Construction of a one new single family home on a lot in <br />a plat. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Construction of one new single family home on a lot <br />described by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Development on more than one parcel of residential <br />property or any development of commercial or industrial <br />property. It is intended that this classification shall <br />include all proposed plats and subdivisions which create <br />two or more parcels. <br /> <br />Classification of numbers 2 and 3 in paragraph c above must <br />provide all of the information requested in paragraph h above° <br /> <br />Classification number 1 above shall provide a certificate of <br />survey to the Building Inspector at the time the building permit <br />is applied for. The Building Inspector shall review the lot for <br />which the building permit is requested by reviewing that data <br />submitted for the environmental permit for the plat in which the <br /> <br /> <br />
