Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: Request For S~ecigl Council Meeting To Discuss Certain Issues: <br /> <br />Council agreed to discuss the following items at their special meeting of <br />August 15, 1983: <br /> <br />1) Chapter 170.03 of the Subdivision Code. <br />2) Site and Design Plan Ordinance. <br />3) Zoning Enforcement. <br /> <br />Case #15: Trophy Case At Ramsey Municipal Center: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec volunteered to research having a trophy case built in City Hall. <br /> <br />Case #16: Bond Issues: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #83-128 to appoint Mr. William Goodrich as fiscal agent for i- <br />Ramsey's General Obligation Improvement Bond Issue of 1983. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-128). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-129 combining 1983 street improvement projects into one <br />single project. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #83-129). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-130 authorizing Ramsey's fiscal agent to negotiate a <br />direct sale of general obligation bonds for 1983 and furthe~that Council <br />accept direct negotiation of bond sales at their special meeting of August <br />15, 1983.
