Terry Hendriksen, however, <br />the Council appointed Dr. E. L. Kennen to fill the <br />vacated 'position. I do not know the Council's <br />reason for .not going along with your recommendation. <br /> <br />I have notified Mr. Hendriksen that he was not appoint- <br />ed to the Commission and I also have notified Dr. Kennen <br />that he was appointed to the Commission. Further, both <br />of them were notified verbally and by written communi- <br />cation. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Rum River Hills Preliminary Planned Unit Development - <br />Mr. Bill Dorn presented his proposed concept for the <br />preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) of Rum River <br />Hills at the July 26, 1983 meeting and Council gave <br />conceptual approval of it. <br /> <br />2) Five Year Capital Improvement Program Budget (CIPB) - The <br />putting together of this document is going to be very important <br />to the City for a number of reasons which I will go over with <br />you at the meeting. <br /> <br />3) Council appointed an Airport Commission to look at the <br />possibilities of making the Gateway North Airport a municipal <br />airport providing it would be eligible for State funding. <br /> <br />LGS:pjc <br /> <br /> <br />
