B-1 Business - The general intent of this district <br /> is to accommodate general commercial activities. <br /> i. UC Urban Conservation - The general intent of this <br /> district is to preserve marginal lowland and <br /> water features. Only very low density housing <br /> shall be permitted in this district. <br /> j. I-1 Industrial - The general intent of this district <br /> is to accommodate general industrial activity. <br /> k. ROS Rural Open Space - The general intent of this <br /> district is to preserve as totally open space <br /> the land in this district. <br /> <br />170.012D <br /> <br />DISTRICT AND DEVELOPMENT AREA BOUNDARIES <br /> <br />District and development area boundaries shown within the lines of <br />roads, streams and transportion rights-of-way shall be deemed to <br />follow the centerlines. The vacation of roads shall not affect the <br />location of such district or development area boundaries. When the <br />zoning officer cannot definitely determine the location of a district <br />or development area boundary by such centerlines, by the scale or dim- <br />ensions stated on the zoning map, or by the fact that it clearly coin- <br />cides with a property line, he shall refuse action, and the Board of <br />Adjustment, upon appeal, shall interpret the location of the district <br />or development area boundary with reference to the scale of the zoning <br />map and the purposes set forth in all relevant provisions of the chapter. <br />Where a district or development area boundary line divides a lot of <br />record into two (2) or more districts or into two (2) or more develop-- <br />ment areas, any portion of the lot within fifty (50) feet of such <br />division may be used for any use of either district or development <br />area as approved by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />170. 013 <br /> <br />GF.
