Commissioner Gamec inquired if the vacancy <br />addressed in this section shouldn't be created by a 4/5 vote of Council <br />in order that it would hold up in court and that he would check this <br />point out with-the City Attorney. Commissioner Bauerkemper suggested <br />a cross-reference to Section 4.05 be made in this section. Commission <br />agreed. ~ <br /> <br />Commission agreed to utilize Mounds View's chapter 2, Section 2.06 as <br />a core model for the charter. <br /> <br />Commission agreed with Subdivision 1 of Section 2.06 as is. <br /> <br />Commission agreed with Subdivision 2 of Section 2.06 in Mounds View's <br />charter except for some minor changes which will be incorporated into <br />the rough draft of Ramsey's charter. <br /> <br />Commission agreed with Subdivision 3 of Section 2.06 as is. <br /> <br />Commission agreed to utilize Mounds View's chapter 2, Section 2.07 as <br />a core model for the charter. <br /> <br />Commission agreed to utilize Mounds View's Chapter 2, Section 2.08 as <br />a core model for the charter. <br /> <br />C.
