Voting Yes: Chairman Heitm~n, Commissioners Data, Titterud, <br />Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper, Lichter and Gamec. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioner Greenberg. <br /> <br />The Charter Commission recessed at 9:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman called the meeting back to order at 9~32 p.m. <br /> <br />I. .Preparation Of Cha~ter 6: <br /> <br /> The Commission agreed to use Mounds View Chapter 6 as a core model for this <br /> section with the following change: <br /> <br />Section 6.04 will become Subdivision 22 of Section 6.03 and <br />Section 6.04 will be changed to read the same as Ham Lake's <br />Section 6.03. <br /> <br />The Commission agreed that copies of Chapter 6, as amended and adopted, <br />will be forwarded to City Staff for their review and'input and further <br />that this input be provided to Charter Commission by September 8, 1983. <br /> <br />J.
