The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request of Jim and Peggy Chapman to operate a garden market and construct both a greenhouse and a garage to serve as a seasonal structure. The property is generally known as 6745 West Highway #10 and is legally described as follows: Ail that part of Government Lot 3 and of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 34; thence South 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds East, assumed hearing, along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 34 a distance of 1321.75 feet to the Northeast corner of Government Lot 4 of said Section 34 thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West along the North line of said Government Lot 4 and of said Government Lot 3 for a distance of 1623.71 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described; thence North 0 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 243.04 feet to intersect the Southerly line of the right-of-way of the Burlington Northern, Inc. railroad; thence North 66 degrees 41 minutes 37 seconds West along said railroad right-of-way a distance of 1090.07 feet to intersect the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter at a point thereon a distance of 641.50 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes 15 seconds East along said West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 388.00 feet to the Northerly line of the right-of-way of U.
