Groves And Sons Company: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Counci~member to approve the <br />request of S.J. Groves and Sons Company to operate an equipment supply yard <br />on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey. 67 Industrial Park Second Addition contingent upon <br />their entering into and complying with all the terms of their development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Schnelle nosed that this supply yard will be screened. <br />Mr. Michael Gair was present representing S.J. Groves and Sons Company and <br />stated that no hazardous waste material Will be stored in the 55 gallon <br />barrels noted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request For A Buildin9 Permit; Case Of Mr. David Schmedeke: <br /> <br />Mr. Schmedeke was present. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and'seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />allow Mr. David Schmedeke to construct a pole building at 7157 West Highway <br />#10 contingent upon his entering into a development agreement including the <br />following items: <br /> <br />1. That the building shall be completed as approved by the Board of <br /> Adjustment at their meeting of July 10, 1978. <br /> <br />That the applicant shall submit prior to any construction, Plans <br />signed by an architect or engineer registered under the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant shall enter into a contract with the City <br /> guaranteeing compliance with both State and local codes. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
