CASE #2: <br /> <br />VARIANCE REQUEST FOR ACCESSORY BUILDING; CASE OF PETER C. <br /> <br />SEELEN, 7227 '154TH LANE N.W.: <br /> <br />The subject individual requesting a variance from Chapter 170.O14B <br />of the City Code to bUild an accessory building 24' x 36' <br />(864 square feet). According to the above City Code he is <br />authorized an accessory building not to exceed 624 square feet. <br /> <br />Further, the Building Inspector states ~. Seelen has a storage <br />building of approximately size 12' x 14' (168 square feet) <br />according to the ordinance, this should be subtracted from the <br />authorized 624 square feet which would mean he would be en- <br />titled to an accessory building not exceeding 456 square feet. <br /> <br />However, the Building Inspector states that ~. Seelen does have <br />excellent screeningrfor his proposed accessory building. He <br />will require a variance of 408 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
