Larson <br /> <br />CASE 1: <br /> <br />CASE 2: <br /> <br />CASE 3: <br /> <br />CASE 4: <br /> <br />ASSESSORY BUILDING 12 x 18 REQUEST FOR; CASE O~ JAMES PERFETTO <br /> <br />Due to the Council's moritorium on the construction of assessory <br />buildings until a public hearing can be held, Mr. Perfetto has <br />requested time to discuss his proposed building with the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />~IQUOR COMMITTEE AD HOC <br /> <br />Mayor Cox requested that this be put on the agenda for Council <br />discussion. As the investigation checks will be completed and <br />be on for the next Council agenda which is September 11 for a <br />Council decision. <br /> <br />PLAYING FIELDS REGARDING SOFTBALL FIELDS, ETC. <br /> <br />The Mayor, Marc Hadley, Community Education, Mr. Kuss of Anoka <br />School District 11 Grounds and Maintenance, Paul Reifenberger <br />Principal of Ramsey Elementary School, Assistant Superintendent <br />Districh 11 and Mr. Dennis Donovan, Chairman of the Park and <br />Recreation Commission were present' to discuss the construction <br />of the softball fields for the City's Community Education Pro- <br />gram. It was noted that the proposed layout was not satisfactory <br />consequently this Committee had Consulting Engineers Diversified <br />do a topo of the land adjacent and west of the present athletic <br />site (which is owned by the school) to see if it was feasible <br />to develop this land into a softball field in regards to con- <br />struction. Consulting Engineers Diversified was requested to <br />have this topo ready for the meeting on September 5. <br /> <br />ANOKA LANDFILL PERMIT <br /> <br />At the Council meeting of Augusg 28, a letter was presented from <br />the Metro Council dated July 26, 1978, which notified the City <br />that they had received Permit Modification from the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency regarding theAnoka Landfill. The <br />Metro'Council letter solicited comments if the City so desired. <br />Consequently, does the City Council wish to submit comments in <br />to the Metro Council in regards to the above permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
