Mayor Gamec noted that the City should have a final decision on sewer by <br />June 1980. <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79-2 PAYMENT TO LINO CONTRACTING, INC. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to authorize <br />partial payment in the amount of $7,732.24 to Lino Contracting Inc., in <br />conjunction with State Aid Project No. 79-2, Variolite Street Improvement <br />Project. Further, authorization to make a temporary transfer fromme General <br />Fund in the amount to cover this cost. This will be repaid to General Fund <br />when the City receives its State Aid Highway Department Funds. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to transfer <br />$6,000 from Park Administrative Trust Fund 802-4956 to Park Fund 221-4552, <br />for Titterud Park Improvement (cost of land). This is the final payment <br />that is to be made on this property. <br /> <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None'. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ONE ACRE LOT SIZE DISCUSSION <br /> <br />It was noted that the Planning & Zoning Commission members have done considerable <br />work on a proposal for one acre lot sizes and that they will be reporting on the <br />issue to Council in the very near future. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY GOODRICH REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich reported on an appraisal necessary for a permanent easement <br />on a storm drain underneath the Bloom residence property on Rivlyn Avenue.
