They <br />manufacturing small metal items from castings. They have approx. <br />40 employees. <br /> <br />Waltec wants to add a metal building for storage to the rear of the <br />existing building, which is concrete block ~ white in color. <br />(20 X 48 feet) <br /> <br />This building does not meet the rear lot tine setback requirement of <br />the City ordinance, it is 1.2' too close. <br /> <br />The buildi.ng construction plan has been reviewed and okayed by C. Berg <br />as it is shown on Exhibit A (available at the meeting). <br /> <br />The building is proposed to be all metal with no other material used <br />on the exterior for appearance. P & Z may waive this requirement <br />due to its location. <br /> <br />Engineering report is to be available for the meeting. <br /> <br />Please refer to the enclosed site plan for site improvements. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment wi%l hear the variance request on tomorrow <br />eveni.ng~ please make a recommendatibn on this site plan and <br />v~riance to the Counci.1. <br /> <br /> <br />
