The hold up in executing this document <br />is with Mr. Raudio's firm's attorney. However, we should have the <br /> <br />b) The upgrading of County Road #56 according to Mr. Field will· <br />be accomplished in 1981. The Cotuaty will be buying the additional <br />road right-of-way in 1980 and construction will commence in 1981. <br /> <br />c) Our lot sizes of 23 acres is creating problems for the Metro <br />Council as they think we should be at the five acre lot size in the <br />Critical' Rivers area designa, tion. This is also creating a major <br />delay problem for the Alpaca Estate Developers. As of this date, <br />we haven't received the official comments on this from the Metro <br />people. <br /> <br />d) The Auditors are doing the City Audit for 1979 here at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. <br /> <br />e) The new truck that the City purchased is now in service at the <br />City. <br /> <br />f) The skating rink s~ould be in operation this date (January 4, <br />1980). <br /> <br />General Administration: We are now getting the end of the year work <br />out of the way here at City Hall. During this month of January and <br />February, 1980, we hope to get to the innovative items that will be <br />extremely helpful to the City of R~m~ey.
