How effectively these programs <br />are utilized is in part dependent on concise information explaining <br />their availability and use. <br /> <br />To provide a forum to explain and discuss the types of economic <br />development programs that are available, the Northeast-Midwest <br />Congressional Coalition and I are sponsoring several economic <br />development seminars on Tuesday, JanUary 8, 1980. The first <br />seminar will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Coon Rapids <br />City Hall in Coon Rapids. The second seminar will be held in <br />Palucci Hall in the Duluth Auditorium from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Ma=~achusetl~ <br /> Silvio O. In addition, <br /> I am co-sponsoring an economic development seminar with the Region <br /> 7-E Development Commission to be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church <br /> Center in Mora from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Representatives from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, <br />Economic Development Administration, and Farmers Home Administration, <br />and state officials responsible for administering Federal Outdoor <br />Recreation Funds will be prepared to discuss their community'and <br />economic development programs. <br /> <br /> Stanley N.
