CASE #4 :~ 'i,i'~. <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF JOHN HUBBARD RESIGNATION FROM PLANNING AND <br /> <br />ZONING: <br /> <br />Mr. Hubbard's term on the Planning and Zoning also expired <br />December 31, 1979. Consequently~ the party who fills that <br />position will be for a four year period, Enclosure (D4-g) <br />contains the resignation. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to accept Mr. Hubbard's <br />resignation and advertise for candidates to fill the position. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF SAM WAIg FROM PARK AND RECREATION: <br /> <br />Mr. Walz's term on the Park and Recreation expires on <br />October 31, 1981. Consequently, the person who is appointed <br />will be to fill out the remainder of his term, <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to accept Mr. Walz's <br />letter of resignation and advertise for candidates to <br />fill the vacancy. <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />INPUT INTO RULES THAT GOVERN THE STATE AID HIGHWAY STANDARDS: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-h) contains a letter from the'Minnesota Trans-. <br />portation Department which states they are seeking input from <br />governmental units to receive recommendations to change their <br />rules and standards governing the transportation department. <br /> <br />Council Action: Youm action on this should be to review with <br />our City Engineer what they feel we should be looking at <br />for changes. We should also discuss this with the County <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />WASTE CONTROL MEETING JANUARY 16, 1980: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-i) contains a letter from the Metro Waste <br />Control Commission regarding a meeting sched~mled for 11:45 <br />A.M. January 16, 1980 at the Anoka Holiday Inn~ <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to tell me how many <br />will be attending this meeting as we have to tell them by <br />January 10, 1980. <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />REIMBURS~[ENT OF MR. TERRY PETROLS TRAILER DEPOSIT: <br /> <br />Mr. Petro is requesting that his $300 deposit be returned <br />to him as he has had his final inspection on his home, <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-j) contains Air. Clayton Berg, Building <br />Inspector, letter dated January 2, 1980 recommending <br />Council refund his deposit. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to authorize' the <br />refund by motion, <br /> <br /> <br />
