Publication of access procedures. Intergovernmental access of data. A responsible authority <br />shall allow another respons[bl~ authority access to data classified as not <br />public only when ~he access is authorized .o~ required by stat.ute o~ federal law. Application. <br />The responsible authority of a state agency, political subdivision or stateMde sys- <br />tem may apply to the commissionei for permission lo classify data or types of <br />data on individuals as private or confidential, or data not on individuals as non- <br />public, for its own use and fo/ the use of other similar agencies, political sub- <br />divisions or statewide systems on an ,:ncrge~:-z7,a temporary basis until a proposed ' <br />statute can be acted upon by. the legislature. The application for-c:,ncrgcn%-' <br />_tempora.r7_ classification is public. <br /> <br /> Upon the filing of an application for e~-:e~g.~.~ i'emp0ra..a_.~ classification, the <br />data which is the subject of lhe application sh;dl be deemed to be c]assit'ie.d as <br />set forth in the application for a pei'io~l of -30-4~5 days, or until the application is <br />disapproved or granted by the commissioner, whichever is earlier. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2.
