Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey, a cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond, or other suitable security acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 percent (150%) of the cost of completing all landscaping improvements to include plantings~ new evergreen shrubbery 2~" diameter in front of the parking area as shown on site plan Exhibit "A" approved by the.
