CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS <br /> <br />ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />BETWEEN Soderholm & Associates and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City <br /> <br />of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial developments, approved <br /> <br />by the City of Ramsey, are understood between the Applicant and the City of <br />Ramsey, and that the Applicant complies with said conditions fully <br />within the time frames established by this agreement.
