The site plan has not been signed by a registered <br /> engineer or land surveyor. <br /> <br />b. The building plans have not been signed by a <br /> registered architect or professional site planner. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The plans have no legal description for the property or other <br />means of locating it other than it abutts Highway Number 10 <br />somewhere in Ramsey. <br /> <br />The site plan did not show the entire site and the existing <br />development on the site. Also the property lines appear to <br />be incorrect based on the dimensions shown on. the county half <br />section. <br /> <br />4. The particular use of the surrounding area of this site is not <br /> shown on plans. <br /> <br />5. The plan should show more precisely where curb is intended and <br /> elevations or contours to indicate disposal of surface runoff. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr.
