Applicant shall complete and occupy his building or facility and <br />all landscaping and other site work as per the stamped approved <br />final site plan no later than September 30, 1980. <br /> <br />/~plicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey, a cashier's check, <br />irrevocnble letter of credit, performance bond, or other suitable <br />security acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 percent <br />(150%) of the cost of completing all landscaping improvements, asphalt <br />parking and driveway, outside lighting, curbing, wood mulch and mar- <br />king of fire land to insure access to the building for fire fighting <br />equipment. In add'ition the bond or escrow amount shall be in an <br />amount sufficent to guarantee two (2) full growing seasons following <br />the installation of landsca~eplantings as shown on the approved site plan. <br /> <br />Driveway construction and parking lot construction shall be: <br /> <br />Four (4) inches of Class V with two (2) inches of bit~minous mat <br />surfacing. The parking area shall be striped and shall contain the <br />number of spaces as shown on the approved site plan. Fire lanes shall <br />be marked and approved in accordance with the Anoka Fire Department <br />regulation. Said escrow amount shall be $ <br /> <br />Applicant acknowledges that failure to complete the improvements <br />described in paragraph #3 above by September 30, 1980, sh~ll result <br />in forfeiture of the financial guarantees provided to the City of <br />Ramsey and the City shall then be authorized to complete the i~prov- <br />ments from the escrow ~unds and the Applicant by execution of this <br />agreement hereby permits the City or its agent to come on his property <br />to complete the improvements <br /> <br />Applicant shall notify the City of Ramsey at least 72 hours in <br />advance of the date Applicant is ready for final inspection of his <br />site, and of his request for release of the financial guarantees <br />provided to the City of Ramsey in paragraph 3. <br /> <br />Construction of the building shall be as shown on the building design <br />plan submitted and as approved by the City Building Official.
