SECTION II <br /> <br />ACTIVITIES WITHIN AN INDUSTRIAL ZONE <br /> <br />Within 270 feet of any R zone, only activities which consist <br /> <br />of wholesale sales and/or manufacturing which Can be conducted <br />entirely within the permitted structure and have no external <br />storage~ display or evidence of the' acti-vitytakingplace within <br />the structure, except for thepermitted on-.site business sign. <br /> <br />In addition, no business activities will be permitted between <br /> <br />6:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. inclusive, or on Sundays or on Holidays. <br /> <br />The minimum setback of 200 feet for the structure,'or 50 feet <br /> <br />for a parking area with translucent screening from.any R zone. <br /> <br />The sides of a structure facing any R zone will have an exterior <br />compatible with the most decorated part of the' main strueture~' This <br />zone specifically excludes activities which Use volatile or <br />explosive products and storage of those products. These acti.vities <br />must also meet the requirements of SECTION I, SUB A. <br /> <br />SEC I, SUB B will be permitted with a conditional use permit if <br />submitted with a site plan for review. <br /> <br />SEC I, SUB E, activities are prohibited <br /> <br /> <br />
