Consequently, I have set up the meeting With the Farm Home <br />Administration for 7~30 P.M. Monday evenings March l0t ~980 with a <br />Mr. Dick Reinarz. I also hope to have a meeting set With HUD <br />for that same evening. <br /> <br />3) Council's Economic Development Commission; <br /> <br />Council should really set up an organizational meeting with %his <br />commission and cover the areas you would like fdr them to .get involved' <br />in while serving on this City's commission. 'Consequently~ I think thei: <br />total Council should meet With the Commission and have a good discussion <br />what you want their mission to be for the'City. This should haPpen <br />before they get involved'in any projects. <br /> <br />4) Multi-Purpose Recreation Facility: <br /> <br />Councilman Cox and City Administrator Schnelle met Commissioner <br />Fields, Bernie Steffen, and Ralph McGinley at the Court House at 3:00 <br />P.M. January 31, 1980. We discussed the approach to take in making <br />this total community facility (Andover~ Ramsey and Anoka)~' Bernie <br />suggested that a Committee be formed representing this gronp which ~ <br />would then take the initiative in being the' prime mover of the' <br />facility.
