P egular ~'. eeting <br />April 11, 1977 <br />.~age 4 <br /> <br />Vernal Weaver, variance request, Subdivide one 24 acre tract into 3 tracts <br />(SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, T32, P25) <br /> <br />The Weavers have sold their home and thought they could get a building permit <br />in a couple weeks as they were told it was Just a .for~ality. <br /> <br />~t was recommended that they have the city engineer review his sketch plan <br />aM get his opinion on what is the best thing to do so as to prevent problems <br />maybe ten years fro~ now. The city engineer will then make his suggestions to <br />the Conncil in writing. <br /> <br />This matter will be scheduled for the next meeting, April 25. <br /> <br />Don Greenburg, variance request <br /> <br />Pr. Oreenburg wants to sell a one-acre tract ~of land in the Industrial Park, <br />to Vintage Auto Investments, 502 East Main, Anoka, FN ,55303 who intends to <br />build a storage shed for classics and antique cars. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said that maybe it should be spelled out which areas are <br />going to pay the park fee and which ones are not. <br /> <br />MOT;ON by Reimann, seconded by Muller to grant variance to Gateway North <br />Industrial Park, Inc. to subdivide by metes and bounds a one-acre tract of <br />lar~, legal description is according to John Oliver. <br /> <br />Ayes <br /> <br />NOTION by Reimann, seconded by Nuller to grant a buildir~ permit to Vintage <br />Auto Jnvestments, 502 East Main, Anoka, MN 55303 to build a storage <br />building, h Ayes <br /> <br />Second Reading of Ordinance 77-~ <br /> <br />After reading Ordinance 77-4, Mr. Nereson recommended it be.passed so not <br />to miss the 27th deadline. <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, secor~ed by Reimann to pass Ordinance 77-4. <br /> <br />Ayes <br /> <br />Road Assessment Procedures <br /> <br />Nayor Cox placed this item on the Agenda for the next meeting, April 25. <br /> <br />Payor Cox said that the City will be improving 153rd West of 83rd (or Armstrong <br />R. oulevard) in the area of $100,000 for blacktopping and curbing that road. <br />(1977 ¥.SA road construction). ~ <br /> <br />N.~I BUSiNgS <br /> <br />Rum River ~(anagement Plan <br /> <br />Yr.
