HOME OCCUPATION PERi, IT AGREE~f~NT CITY OF RAI~EY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA T~is agreement is entered into this day of ]~arch,'1980 between the City of R~nsey hereinafter referred to as "C~ty" and Diane Shaefbauer hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" %o operate on her premises at 8662 - 168th Avenue N.W., R~nsey, Minnesota 55303, a beauty shop as defined in City Code Chapter 170.014E. The Home Occupation Permit Agreement is granted conditioned and contintent upon the Applicant complying with the following: 2) The Applicant shall permit no on-street parking of her customers. 2) The Applicant shall construct a t~rn around in %he drive- way for customers leaving the pren~ises, The driveway turn around need not be blacktop, but a material such as Class'V or crushed limerock. There shall not be a second driveway constructed to the Applicant's p~emises to be used as a cus- tomer turn around. 3) The Applicant shall be allowed to install a sign not to exceed two (2) square feet on the Applicant's premises and to be placed as to the direction of the beauty .shop entrance. 4) The Applicant shall be the sole operator of the beauty shop and shall not be allowed to employ another beauty operator under this permit agreement. 5) The Building Official of the City shall inspect the beauty shop premises to insure that it meets co~e prior to commence- ment of operation. 6) The Applicant understands and agrees that the Home Occupation Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City ragulation may be cause for immediate revocation of this Home Occupation Permit. Also, this permit shall be reviewed annually by the City Staff for compliance with the con-' ditions contained herein.
