CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH DEVELOPMZNT CONDITIONS <br />ESTABLISHED BY TKE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />BETWEEN Diclenson Bus Sales hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and <br />the City of R~nsey hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />This agreement is to assure that the conditions of approval established <br />by the City for all commercial smd industrial developments are under- <br />stood between the Applicant and the City, and that the Applicant com- <br />plies with said conditions fully within the time frames established by <br />this agreement.
