Staff is requesting the EDA <br /> identify any information missing from this case needed to formally process/respond to the request from Capstone <br /> Homes. <br /> The purpose of this case is not to make a final/formal decision RE the Capstone Proposal (the attached MOU). <br /> This case will come back to the EDA and Council in April for formal direction. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Please see attached "background data." This case is being reviewed by the EDA because the project is proposed to <br /> utilize two economic development funding sources.
