BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City of Ramsey~s Board of <br />Adjustment met on March 25, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, for the purpose <br />of considering a request of Mr. Mark Cory, 17130 Zeolite Street N.W. <br />'to obtain a variance to construct an accessory building and Mr. Walter <br />~¥ens, 9431 - 176th Avenue N.W. to obtain a variance to construct an <br />accessory building. <br /> <br />]~embers Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimarm <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Chairman Mickelson called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M. <br /> <br />The Building Inspector's report was reviewed. There were no comments <br />from the audience or written comments received. ~@. Cory was present <br />and stated the building was to be used for storage and as a work shop. <br />He showed a sketch plan to the Board. He stated there was one other <br />small shed located on the premises. <br /> <br />With regard to the application of Mark Cory, Councilman Reimarm asked <br />the Building Official, Mr. Berg, if M~. Cory~s requested accessory build- <br />ing would be larger than a normal garage. M~. Berg responded that it <br />would be, but if Mr. Cory had an attached garage he could have at <br />].east 1,500 square feet. <br /> <br />A motion to grant the variance request was made and withdrawn. <br /> <br />Motion by M~yor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Cox to instruct staff <br />to prepare findings of fact on the application and a proposed agreement <br />for presentment at the Council's meeting on April 8, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, ~ickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Chai~nan Mickelson called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience or written comments received. <br /> <br />With regard to the application of Walter Owens, ~Lr. Owens with his <br />attorney ]~.r.
