RESOLUTION NO. 27 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 75-5 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />.the City Council of the City of Ramsey, ~4innesota, was held on the <br /> <br />8th day of November, 1976. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Arnold L. Cox <br />Gary' Reimann <br />Gary Gotham <br />David Mickelson <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br /> <br />Beverly Oliphant <br /> <br />WHEREASf David Mickelson has requested the approval of a <br /> <br />subdivision of property whereby a 20 foot wide strip of land is <br />detached from an existing parcel of land and added to adjacent <br /> <br />property, thereby creating two new parcels of land, one of which is <br /> <br />20 feet less in width and one of which is 20 feet.greater in width. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City-Council of the <br />City of Ramsey that the subdivision of ~he land into the following <br /> <br />descriptions pursuant to metes and bounds conveyance is hereby <br /> <br />approved in accordance with Ordinance No. 7S-5: <br /> <br />Parcel #1. <br />The North 125.6 feet of the South 264.0 feet of the <br />West 825.0 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 1S, Township 52, Range. 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota (as measured along and parallel <br />with the south and west lines thereof). Subject to a <br />road easement over and"across the West 55 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Parcel #2 <br />The South 138.4 feet of the West 825.0 feet of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of .. <br />Section 1s, Township 52, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (as measured along and parallel with the <br />south and west lines thereof). Subject to a road. <br />easement over and across the West 33 fee~ thereof.. <br /> <br /> <br />
