T~: City of Ramsc~ <br /> <br />We the undersigned are against having the tarvia street improvements in <br />the City of Ramsey on the following streets: Ermine Boulevard NW, <br />lying between County Highway No. 22 and County Highway No. 83~ (Baugh <br />Street NW), Eaton Street ~,~, lying between 176th Avenue NW, ~nd Ermine <br />Boulevard ~H~, 18Oth Avenue h~, lying East of Ermine Boulevard h~, Halas <br />Street NW, lying South of Ermine Boulevard ~H4, and 176th Avenue h~, lying <br />West of County Road No. 83. The present economical statues of high <br />interest rates and the high cost of labor and material make the cost <br />of these improvements much higher.
