d) Enclosure (D3-d) contains letter from Minnesota Department <br />of Natural Resources dated January 14, 1980, <br /> <br />e) Enclosure (D3-e) contains letter dated January l4~ 1980, <br />from Metro Council to Minnesota Environmental Board regarding <br />their comments on it in regards to Critical Rivers, <br /> <br />f) Enclosure (D3-f) contains a letter from Minnesota Environ~ <br />mental Quality Board dated January 17, 1980. <br /> <br />g) Enclosure (D3-g) contains Consulting Engineers letter dated <br />March 7, 1980 regarding the granting of preliminary plat approval, <br /> <br />h) Enclosure (D3-h) contains Planning and Zoning minutes dated <br />March 18, 1980, which granted preliminary plat approval provided <br />Alpaca Estates meet their recommendations contained in these <br />minutes. ~ ~\'i~?~- ~,~_t~ <br /> <br />Staff Comments: Presently we do not have our Critical Rivers <br />Plan approved by the Metro Council as there is a problem with <br />zoning (lot size) which you are all aware of at this time. <br />However, Alpaca Estates would like preliminary plat approval <br />on the commercial area which is not in the Critical River area, <br />However, that portion of the proposed plat lying inside the <br />Critical River Area should.be reviewed but not acted on. It <br />does create a problem in that you would only be approving the <br />commercial portion of the plat, <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />CITY IIATJ, REGARDING COST TO CO~[PLETE BASEMENT: <br /> <br />Council requested City Staff to come up with a cost estimate <br />to accomplish the above. Please refer to enclosure (D3~i) the <br />Building Inspector's memo dated ~arch 26, 1980. <br /> <br />COUNTRY SIDE ESTATES: <br /> <br />CASE //5: <br /> <br />This party is requesting the City pay for her damages caused <br />to her vehicle due to the washing out of a city street.
