This consideration was based on a report of the Physical Development Committee, Referral Report No. 80-4. A copy of this report, which was adopted as presented, is attached. The Council is advising the City of Ramsey that since the proposed project has not been revised from the project reviewed under the Critical Area Plan review in 1979, the Council restates its conclusion that the project is inconsistent with.the Critical Area Development Regulations for that portion of the proposed project which lies within the river corridor. The Council has recommended to the City of Ramsey that the City should review the proposed project with respect to the plans and policies of the Metropolitan Development Framework's Rural Service Area and the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Council is requesting the Environmental Quality Board to require that the EAW for this proposed project provide more infor- mation with respect to the following sections: 1. Local and Regional Plan Consistency Proposed lot sizes. Site plan location and relationship to proposed land uses of, regional and local plans. 2. Transportation - Number of vehicle trips generated for proposed project. - Proposed access points of proposed project to TH10oand 169. - Frontage road location.
