4/7/80 Motion by Art Dunn, seconaed by Gerry Zimme.rman to recommend to the City Council to rezone the parcel of land m~ned by Dr. Brunnell ( That part of Lot 7~ Auditor's Subdivision No. 34~ Anoka County, ~nnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence North- westerly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence North ~nd p~rallel with the East line of said Lot 7 mud to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7~ thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning of land to be des- crlbed~ thence con%inue Southeasterly on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 150 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot ? and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Southwesterly line to a line drawn South from the point of beginning and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the point of beginning~ and which property is generally known as ~245 West Highway Ramsey~ Minnesota 55303 according to Section 170.019 Entitled ~mendments and Section 170.O19B Procedure of the Ramsey City Ordinance. ) Trom I-1 to B-1 width the City obtaining a 50' easement for a service drive al6ng the rear lot line in addition to a 50 ' easement along-rear lot line of adjacent property (7205 Hwy #10 N.W.) based on the following findings of fact: 1.) Surrounding parcels being used B-1 with very few exceptions. 2.)i,. I~y #10 frontage condusive to B-1 zoning 3.) B-1 would act as buffer (visual) to I-1 4.) lot size is resricted by Hwy & R.R. tracks and limits expansion if zoned I-1. Motion carried 6-0.
